‘We Have Two Win Our Next Two Games’ – Otto Addo Declares

The head coach of the Ghana national staff, Otto Addo has expressed disappointment after the three-2 defeat to Portugal on Thursday night in Group H of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The Black Stars at the moment put up a great efficiency however ended up on the dropping aspect of the competition against the 2016 European Champions.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Coach Otto Addo bemoaned the penalty awarded to Portugal for the primary goal as he insisted that it shouldn’t have been given.

In a call on his players to flip their consideration to the subsequent game, the Black Stars coach said his staff should battle to win the remaining two matches in Group H.

“The game plan was ok but the referee gave a penalty which is not a penalty. Everyone saw Salisu. It’s a mess. We had our chances even at the last minute. I can’t be proud because it’s zero points. We have to win our next two games,” Coach Otto Addo said after the game against Portugal.

Ghana will face off with South Korea on Monday, November 28, before enjoying the ultimate group game in a mouth-watering encounter against Uruguay on December 2.
