Amy Sheppard has revealed how slicing again on alcohol has helped her live her greatest life.

The pop singer, 32, admitted there may be some pressure within the music trade to drink however she’s felt so significantly better since decreasing alcohol.

‘I was less tired and I didn’t get sick… I simply felt joyful in general and I wasn’t grumpy,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.

The Geronimo hitmaker added how catching Covid earlier this year led to some self-reflection concerning the state of her health.

Amy realised she wanted to be at the top of her game to go on tour and that meant considerably slicing again on alcoholic drinks.

‘You can get excited and have drink after drink and not be aware of just how much you’re having. I set myself limits of two or 4,’ she said.

It comes after Amy campaigned for body positivity by becoming a member of forces with Body Image Movement’s Taryn Brumfitt for her newest film, Embrace: Kids.

She said it was ‘really important’ to be a part of the campaign as a result of rising up she was taught you had to look a sure manner to be worthy.

Speaking to the Herald Sun, she added: ‘It’s taken me a very long time to work it out and actually begin to really feel my price in who I’m as an individual slightly than simply how I look.’
