Tonight, The Probe will talk about the implementation of the Right to Information Law three years after it was passed.

The visitor for tonight is the Executive Secretary of the Right to Information Commission, Yaw Sarpong Boateng.

In March, Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah disclosed that solely 223 Right to Information (RTI) requests have been received so removed from public establishments and people after the Act was passed into regulation.

There has since been general issues in regards to the sluggish tempo of response to functions for information from public establishments.
