Education Minister Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum has addressed contributors at the United Nations Educational Summit within the United States of America.

Speaking on behalf of President Akufo-Addo, the Education Minister recounted how Ghana is making prudent investments in education to make the country and the world a greater place.

He told the Summit that education isn’t just the birthright of each baby however it’s also a robust co-creator for progress in poverty discount, health and sustainable improvement.

He emphasised the necessity for a brand new manner of working that reimagines education in a win-win partnership with the complete 2030 Agenda.

Speaking at the launch dubbed, “Rewiring Education for People and the Planet Report”, Dr Adutwum highlighted the number of methods which were employed to reposition the complete education to produce a important mass of empowered Ghanaian outfitted with important skills for socio-economic transformation.  

These and plenty of other interventions, he said, have modified the face of Education in Ghana.

“No country can deliver quality education where children are not able to learn because they are hungry, required to work or take care of their families,” he identified.
