Effutu MP Alexander Afenyo-Markin has donated a state-of-the-art health centre to the Woarabeba community in Winneba.

Speaking at the handing over of the Nii Ephraim Health facility on Tuesday, he emphasised his dedication to bringing high quality health services shut to the individuals to enhance their livelihoods.

“The construction of health facilities such as this is in line with the President’s Akufo-Addo’s Agenda 111 policy geared towards improved access to good health care services regardless of one’s location, he mentioned.

Alexander Afenyo-Markin as part of his social contract to improve the health condition of constituents is working to construct more health infrastructure, the Woarabeba health centre is the eighth in a series of health centres built solely by Afenyo-Markin across the constituency.

“In addition to these clinics, plans are underway for the construction of the ultra-modern Children’s hospital first of its kind in the Central Region also ongoing in Winneba.”

The Deputy Majority leader made a money donation of ¢10,000 to the Effutu Health Directorate to buy drugs and other fundamental necessities for the graceful graduation of labor at the power.

On her half, a representative of the Director of Health Services for the Effutu Municipality counseled the Member of Parliament for his steady help in direction of the supply of high quality health care in Winneba.
